My office has just moved to Office 365. After several days we have imported all of the users to Office 365 & set up their mailboxes.
However several of the group which are running Outlook for Mac 2011 & Mac Mail are having problems keeping a stable connection to Office 365. All of the machines in question are connected via Exchange.
The Exchange connection seems to drop off occasionally leaving my users without the ability to send or receive their emails.
Are there any solutions for this?
