Re: Why does office 365 keep asking me to activate my subscription when I have done so?

Hi Customer,

I understand the frustration caused by this issue. Before troubleshooting this issue, I’d like to collect the following information.

1. Which subscription of Office 365 are you using?
2. Are you using Office 365 pre-upgrade or after-upgrade?
3. Which version of Office client you are using? Where did you download this?

I noticed you posted this question in Office for Mac forum. If you are using Office for Mac, I’d like to share my experience:

While using Office 365 after-upgrade, we can download Office 2011 for Mac from Office 365 portal. After the downloading and installation, we are prompted to activate the product by signing in or entering a product key. Please sign in with your Office 365 account. For Office 365 users, signing in is necessary to activate this product. Please make sure your account has Office Profession plus license and do not click deactivate besides your compute name in the portal.

If you are not using Office for Mac or the issue persists, please provide the information above and I will work on this further.
