Jolin, Thank you for posting this. For me, yes, our domains pass both tests - both the DNS and the autodiscover tests. I have 2 O365 accounts configured in outlook - one has been upgraded and the other has not. The one that drops off constantly is the one that has been upgraded.
However, things for me look pretty stable since yesterday around 2PM though. I hope it holds.
