1. what is your Mac OS version?
2. Please help collect the Lync sign in log and send the log to us through the workspace which we will share with you in the Private message.
How to collect the Lync log
====================
• Clear the Lync log under the folder /user/<UserAccountFolder>/library/logs.
• Turn on logging for troubleshooting in Lync for Mac. To do this, follow these steps:
a. On the Lync menu, click Preferences, and then click General.
b. Under Logging, click to select the Turn on logging for troubleshooting check box.
• Exit Lync for Mac, and then restart Lync for Mac to create a log file.
• Sign in Lync for Mac to repro this issue.
• Collect the log files for Lync for Mac. To do this, follow these steps:
a. On the menu bar in Finder, click Go, and then click Go to Folder.
b. In the Go to the folder box, type the path of the logs folder. For example, type /user/<Useraccountfolder>/library/logs. Then, click Go.
c. In the Logs folder, collect the log files.
