To help you sort out this issue, I’d like to confirm some information.

1. Do you mean all users in the organization are affected by this issue?

2. To know clearly about this issue, could you please post a screenshot of this error message “Server Dropped the Connection or the Connection Has Been Lost”?

3. From the tag in this post, I see you’re using Office 365 pre-upgrade. Has your Office 365 tenant been upgraded recently? Have you received any notification emails about service upgrade?

4. Moreover, are all the affected computers in the same network environment?
