Only suggestion i have is to login to the portal
portal.microsoftonline.com& sign in
Once your signed in change the url (Add this to the end) /editprofile.aspx
So the url should be portal.microsoftonline.com/editprofile.aspx
Click on "Change picture"
Once you add your pic, give it a few hours and it should update.
