Rusty IT, yes the beta does not support syncing with Team Site or SharePoint libraries. It is a feature that Microsoft is planning on adding but as of now we don't know when.
I have been a long time user of Dropbox for Business, Dropbox, OneDrive and OneDrive for Business. Dropbox for Busness is the most feature rich of all of them. You can share documents and folders with regular Dropbox users. You cannot do that in OneDrive for Business. There are many more limitations in OneDrive for Business. But Microsoft is trying to correct this. They are planning on merging OneDrive and OneDrive for Business to add new features. I think in time OneDrive for Business will be a great product that should rival the other competitors out there.
