To further narrow down the issue, I'd like to confirm the following information mentioned in the previous post:
1. Have you ever signed in your account successfully?
2. Can you successfully access your OneDrive for Business library from the browser and sync to Windows computer?
3. Regarding "the 'sync' client does not redirect to my companies page", do you mean your organization have deployed AD FS environment?
4. Does the issue persist to another Office 365 account in your organization on your Mac?
5. Is there any improvement when changing another Mac using your account?
For troubleshooting, please try the following steps to re-install the OneDrive for Business Mac sync client and see the outcome:
a. Exit the app completely.
b. Move the app to Trash.
c. Go up to the Menu bar > Go > Go to Folder... > type in ~/library/Application Support> Go.
d. Find and remove the OneDriveBusiness folder.
e. Re-install the app.
